The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had announced that students could apply for re-evaluation of their exam papers from January 20 to January 31. However, due to technical glitches, the portal was inaccessible for several hours, leaving thousands of students in limbo.
Many students reported that they were unable to submit their applications or check their results online. The situation was further exacerbated by the fact that the helpline numbers provided by CBSE were not operational, leaving students without any support.
In response to the crisis, CBSE officials claimed that they were working round the clock to resolve the issue. However, students expressed their frustration and disappointment, stating that such technical failures are unacceptable and can have serious consequences for their academic careers.
One student, Priya Sharma, shared her experience, "We had been waiting for this opportunity for so long, and now we're left hanging because of these technical issues. It's like a slap in the face."
Another student, Rohan Singh, added, "We trusted CBSE to handle this process smoothly, but instead, we've been let down. We need answers and solutions."
